- Why am I having to fill in another form?

Over the past week we have seen a number of problems when sending out emails due to spam filters and users whom have lost access to their email accounts. On top of this, we have had some attempts by scammers to ruin the competition for everybody. To combat these problems, we have worked hard on developing a new form built into the original website in order to ensure fans who won, can easily submit their information. That means that the old form we sent out is no longer relevant.
Claiming Prize
The deadline for data entry has been pushed back to Wednesday the 11th of April to coincide with this new form. We'd like to apologize for the inconvenience. We greatly appreciate your support and we hope all issues should now be resolved.
Raffle
Raffle winners will be announced on the SteelSeries and Fnatic Facebook page of the week commencing 9th April, so be sure to keep an eye out on and also make sure to thank them for allowing us to give away more prizes!
- When will the raffle prizes be announced?
- Raffle prize winners will be announced on the SteelSeries and Fnatic facebook page. This will be in the following weeks. Make sure to check both SteelSeries and Fnatic’s Facebook page’s for updates.
- How do I know if I received a prize?
- You can check by clicking the button above to take you to your progress page. If you did win you will be taken to a form to fill in.
- When do you need my information by to send my prize?
- We need your details* by 11th April.
- When will I receive my prize?
- We will be sending the prizes out over the course of April and May. We will be sending close to a 1000 packages around the world, so we ask you to be patient!
- Do I have to pay for shipping?
- Fnatic will pay for shipping. However any customs/tax liabilities in your country are up to you. If you provide incorrect details and the package gets returned to us, we are happy to resend the package however Fnatic will not pay for the second round of shipping.
- I have a problem and I need to contact you, what should I do?
- There are many various forms to contact us, however we ask that you please contact us through the email competition@fnatic.com and wait. Please do not send us several messages as it will just take us longer to get back to you.
1) Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase necessary. 2) All entries to be received by 11th April 2012. Any entrants after this date will not be accepted. The winner will be notified within 30 days of this date. 3) It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that all details are correct. Fnatic will not be responsible for any missing parcels and will only dispatch once. If an item has to be reshipped after being returned, the winner will be liable for all associated shipping costs. 4) Should customs or tax liability arise, then it will be the sole responsibility of the winner and not that of Fnatic. 5) Fnatic takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. 6) Fnatic reserves the right to feature winners details in future publicity, newsletters and websites. 7) The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives. 8) By entering this promotion, entrants are agreeing to abide by these rules and any conditions.
